Today has go to school and start my TA job...
8:10am - reach the school and look around from outside... cause cannot see where the main gate =.=
8.20am - enter the school and find the security guard.. but.. that guard =.=" sitting far away from main gate
After register as visitor, wait for my RE.. haiz... The guard ask me wait at office, but my RE ask me wait at canteen... At last.. i go to office wait.. cause i dont know where is canteen..
RE and TA(i will replace him) meet me at office.. then TA intro me few people of VIP such as Principal, Vice Principal,Administration Manager(AM) and Head of Department-IT(HODIT).
English is very shit -.-.. why human like to use short form?? Forget it... must used to it~
What I need to do for this job? I feel myself like a blank hardisk and need for install OS,driver,software, and DIY.. haha
RE gave a simple briefing.. and quite funny.. my english... sibeh lousy~~
-daily checklist ->everyday must do thing.. (find in portal) =.="
-task list -> report... need pass up every week(ask TA for info)
-clock in/clock out -> just like record time in / out only =.= (why dont want explain simple words)
-Feedback in portal -> Any problem/updating.. write in portal =.=(portal << refer to website)
-upload / modify inventory -> record all purchase item in portal and modify if mistaken
-backup tape -> incremental tape(monday of the week, full backup(friday of the week) and monthly backup(last week on friday)
-check backup log file
-standard naming equipment label -> PC(P),Notebook(N),Printer(PRN),Scanner(SC), Projector(PJ),OMR and CMS
-backup entry log
-backup server log
-software key/token
Look like many thing need to do .. wahahaha

At least today TA teach me group policies.. and see he doing restore lotus notes

Lucky got practical and do 2 PC... =.= and used up to 6 hrs... only for restore file and data
but still have error will coming soon... So fast already 6.15pm, time to go home lu~~
